We encourage all students that would like to meet with the Financial Aid Office to use the Microsoft Bookings tool that is linked below. Students can request either in-person or virtual appointments with a Financial Aid Counselor.
Financial Aid for the spring 2025 semester will begin disbursing on January 3, 2025, and continue every day. You can check the status of your aid disbursments in your student portal. More information regarding refunds and setting your refund preferance can be found on the Student Business Services website. Not setting your refund preference will delay the processing of any refund.
The 2025-2026 FAFSA form is now available for students to submit online. Students and their contributors can log into their accounts at studentaid.gov with their FSA ID to begin the application process. When submitting the form, make sure to list UNT Dallas (school code 042421) so that we can receive it.
Once UNT Dallas has received a student’s FAFSA, they will be notified via email. This notification will come from the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and will include important information and needed next steps. Please monitor your UNT Dallas student portal and email account for important updates and communications regarding 2025-2026 FAFSA processing.
